STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENTS
Scope of Services
The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive joinery service, including but not limited to:
Reactive Maintenance
- Urgent and non-urgent repairs to doors, windows, floors, ceilings, fixtures, and fittings
- Making safe following damage, failure, or H&S concerns
Planned Maintenance
- Cyclical and preventative joinery works
- Adjustment, repair, or replacement of building elements to maintain operational standards Minor Works Projects (≤ GBP15,000)
- Alterations to internal layouts (e.g. partitions, doorsets)
- Installation of fixtures, fittings, and bespoke joinery
- Small refurbishment works
Statutory & Compliance-Related Works
- Support to compliance activities including (but not limited to) bi-annual fire door maintenance (inspection regime to be defined separately) . Contractor’s require to be competent and complete an industry fire door course
- Ensuring all works meet current building regulations and relevant standards
