The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a single Contractor to carry out a fire door condition 2 × 6 monthly inspection service and produce reports showing the door location, identification number, pass or fail and repairs required to bring door to fire safety regulations condition.
The service will be carried out for all buildings on the college’s Ayr and Kilwinning campuses.
