description

The project involves various works to an existing non-domestic residential building including fitting of new double glazed windows, bespoke furniture including removal of existing built in wardrobes and part partitions, decoration and carpeting, new corridor suspended ceilings and associated lighting c/w fire detection services revisions.

Works include the following items;

Downtakings:-

  1. Strip out existing bedroom wardrobes and top section of existing partitions where noted for replacement.
  2. Twin bedrooms; strip out full room where noted.
  3. Remove existing windows where noted for replacement.
  4. Revise lthw services as required to suit new layout.
  5. Corridor ceilings; carefully remove existing fire detection heads, lighting. Strip out existing suspended ceilings.

Proposed works:-

  1. Install new bespoke furniture to rooms as noted.
  2. Install new windows as noted complete with all necessary cills / insulated packers, trims, etc. Windows are on levels 1,2 3 & 4, safe access / scaffolding required.
  3. Corridor ceilings (level 2 & level 3); Install new modular suspended ceilings, new 600x600 led light fittings. Reinstate fire detection heads complete with suitable joint boxes.
  4. Floor coverings (level 2 & level 4); existing floor to be made good and levelled as required. Prepare prior to laying new floorcoverings as per NBS spec.
  5. Decorate as NBS specification (level 2 & touch ups at new windows as / where required).
