description
Scottish Ministers are seeking expert support to deliver, host and maintain an online Governance Hub learning platform, for a 4 year contract with an option to extend for a further 2 years.
The Governance Hub (‘the Hub’) is a learning and support platform designed to support public body Chairs, Board members and Accountable Officers, in their respective roles, on matters relevant to governance and accountability.
The Hub is currently hosted on a Moodle platform and comprises eight modules covering topics such as Board Inductions, Succession Planning, Severance Policy and a Guide to Managing Difficult Relationship as well as website content on the public body landscape and Scottish Government structures and guidance amongst others.
Year one will include delivery of the new digital service, including full migration of current content and assets from the existing provider, where applicable.
The platform requires ongoing enhancement, maintenance, and updates to ensure the service remains effective and current. This will include the creation of 1-2 learning modules and the refresh of any content or modules as required after review by the Public Bodies Support Unit
