description
The Scottish Government (SG), on behalf of Scottish Ministers, commissioned a delivery team to support a proof of concept (Alpha) phase for a project to enable the Justice directorate within SG to move towards developing a Justice Digital Front Door (JDFD) for victims and witnesses.
The JDFD Alpha phase will focus on delivering personalised content for victims and witnesses regarding their interaction with any case in which they were involved within the Scottish Criminal Justice System.
The aim of the Alpha phase is to deliver this functionality into a test environment so it can be evaluated, and a plan formulated for a Beta phase into a live environment in a subsequent phase.
