The National Library of Scotland seeks to appoint an experienced café Concessionaire with proven experience running a successful café. The café is located at the Library's main Edinburgh premises on George IV Bridge. The building visitor numbers are around 350,000 per year, and the potential annual café turnover is in the region of 300,000 GBP inclusive of VAT. The café is situated in the main public entrance of the building and forms an integral part of the visitor centre.
