The works to the Church comprise conservation repairs of the external fabric, focused on roof and stonework repairs on the South side of the Abbey. The works include re-roofing St Mirin Chapel, replacing and installing new rainwater goods to be connected to existing drainage, localised stone repairs, cleaning of masonry and improving ventilation to roof spaces.
