This Call Off was to gather insights and evidence that will provide Zero Waste Scotland with a greater understanding of the Food and Drink sectors environment, their support requirements and expectations, the barriers they face to adopting food waste reduction practices, their attitudes towards the circular economy, and available and appropriate avenues for potential ‘one-to-many’ support solutions. It is expected to deliver an enhanced evidence base that accurately represents the prevailing principles and practices for food waste reduction and circularity across the target sectors (both real and perceived).Further information is provided in the Additional Documents that accompany this Quick Quote Notice.
