Under this procurement, EDC (the Client) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Supplier to provide specialist services in relation to Full Business Case (hereinafter abbreviated to “FBC”) production and coordination for each of the two ‘live’ East Dunbartonshire City Deal projects (WDR Project and BTC Civic Space Project).
