The purpose of this Invitation to Mini-Competition (ITMC) document was to invite bids from Bidders for a Social Care Management System as detailed in the documents and under the terms of the Framework agreement. The Council had to ensure that the business-critical system for case management relating to children and adult services client groups enables the effective and efficient delivery of high quality, person-centred care and support services, full details of all the Council’s requirements were within all ITMC documents.
