East Dunbartonshire Council seeks to upgrade and replace the existing telecare alarm system within its sheltered housing complexes. The aim is to transition from a centralised alarm system to a more modern, dispersed alarm solution in each resident’s home. The Council is also is seeking the continued provision, installation, and ongoing maintenance of dispersed telecare alarm systems for its residents. This approach aims to enhance the safety, independence, and quality of life for residents by enabling more flexible, responsive, and reliable telecare services.
