The work to be undertaken comprises the provision of reactive and planned maintenance works to approximately: 490 tenanted (including sheltered); 155 shared ownership; 182 factored; and 3 offices; within new build, tenement, terraced and cottage houses or flats, together with associated roofs/ common areas, throughout the properties of Molendinar Park Housing Association, Glasgow G31, G40 & G45.

The initial contract period will be on or after 1st May 2024 to 31st May 2025, with options to extend the framework contract solely at the Employer’s discretion on an annual basis thereafter to 31st May 2028.

The successful Candidate will be one of a number of Framework contractors responsible for [sharing] reactive and planned maintenance repair works throughout the Employer’s properties.

Trades are to be provided for the following Framework Lots- Lot 1 Multi Trade; Lot 2 Out of Hours; Lot 3 Builderwork, Drainage and Fencing; Lot 4 Communications; Lot 5 Electrical; Lot 6 Joinery; Lot 7 Plumbing; Lot 8 Roofing; Lot 9 Medical Adaptations; Lot 10 Voids; Lot 11 Painterwork; Lot 12 Finishes; Lot 13 Glazing; Lot 14 Environmental Cleaning; Lot 15 Asbestos Management; Lot 16 Water Hygiene; Lot 17 Damp and Mould; and Lot 18 Window and Door Repairs.
