This contract comprises the following Works/ Services provision to various Falkirk Councils Properties: -
- (a)The pre planned inspection, servicing, and maintenance of emergency lighting systems to occur twice per year, comprising one 1-hour test and one 3-hour test six months apart.
- (b)The monthly testing of emergency lighting systems. (NB this is only a provisional requirement which may or may not be required and will be confirmed before commencement of the contract).
- (c)Ad hoc repairs and works to emergency lighting systems as may be required from time to time on a schedule of rates/ daywork basis.
