Grampian HA wishes to engage a suitably qualified and experienced provider to deliver procurement support in order to support efficiency and effectiveness, drive service improvement, support the delivery of the Association's Business Plan including community benefit, sustainability and ESG objectives. A key aspect of this support will be to help develop internal resource to ensure the ongoing delivery of these outcomes.
