North Ayrshire Council wish to engage a suitably qualified managing agent to deliver the Area Based Scheme (ABS) to households in communities across North Ayrshire.
It is our aim that approximately 150 properties, within targeted areas of North Ayrshire, will receive retrofit measures each year (the number of properties/measures achieved will be dependent on funding levels and a whole house retrofit approach to energy efficiency).
