The purpose of this ITQ is to appoint a single supplier to re-edit an existing series of 1.5minute videos removing duplication to create both individual videos and single video file to be played as part of presentations. The work should remove any duplication from the dialogue and in the opening and end cards making adjusting to subtitles and music as required.
