Quantity surveying services as described within the scope of services document. The successful bidder will be required to take over surveying duties of a partially completed project. The contractor involved has become insolvent. The current quantity surveyor is now retiring so a replacement consultant is required. The project consists of new build units at 70% completion and a retrofit project of a former primary school at 55% completion. The successful tenderer will be initially required to tender for a replacement contractor with all other services to follow.
