HITRANS seek a consultant to expand on aspects of the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Funding (EVIF) Evaluation Frameworks already produced for Comhairle nan Eilean Siar (Western Isles Council), the Orkney Islands Council and the Shetland Islands Council and produce a written Strategy and Expansion Plan for the 3 Councils combined.
