The work to be undertaken comprises the provision of reactive and planned maintenance works to approximately 429 new build, tenement, terraced or cottage houses/ flats, offices and associated roofs/ common areas throughout the properties of Craigdale Housing Association, within Glasgow G45.
The initial contract period will be 1st August 2023 to 31st July 2024, with options to extend the framework contract solely at the Employer’s discretion on an annual basis thereafter to 31st July 2027.
The successful Candidate will be one of a number of Framework contractors responsible for [sharing] reactive and planned maintenance repair works throughout the Employer’s properties.
Trades are to be provided for the following works Framework Lots: 1 Multi Trade; 2 Out of Hours; 3 Builderwork; 4 Communications; 5 Electrical; 6 Joinery; 7 Plumbing; 8 Roofing & Roughcasting; 9 Painting & Decorationg; 10 Glazing; 11 Finishes; 12 Blacksmith; 13 Medical adaptations; and 14 Voids
