Award of SNBTS LBT Re-development

Detailed Specifications:-Developer to provide details of the authoring tool chosen which needs to be independently used outside of a platform or system-The authoring tool should allow ownership of customers to update/review content internally without additional cost for content updates.-There may be a requirement to develop images to include representation of the diverse population-All foreground Intellectual Property shall vest in SNBTS, on behalf of the UK & ROI BTN, and the supplier shall grant to SNBTS a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license (with the ability to sub-license) to use all source code and third party materials and the suppliers' ---Background Intellectual property for the purpose of using, developing, maintaining and exploiting the modules.-Content should be configured to SCORM 2004 (3rd edition), AICC (desirable), and HTML5 and be available for all Operating Systems i.e. Android, Apple and Windows.-Content to be developed in a fully mobile responsive format-Be accessibility compliant-Provide details of a technical support agreement or license costs, service provided and any cost to support the sharing and hosting on multiple platforms as required
