Green Action Trust seek to engage a consultant to support with the development of a Community co-designed Engagement Plan for the River Parks project. The Community Engagement Plan will build on the large amount of engagement work through the Leven Connectivity project to date, capitalise on existing partner activities in the area, and add value by the co-production of a plan that includes community wealth building and behaviour change actions for the delivery phase and beyond. It is intended that the local community will be instrumental in leading the delivery of this plan, supported by project staff and an engagement budget.
The Community Engagement Plan will be delivered during the River Parks Delivery Phase 2023-2027 and is a key document to be submitted as part of a National Lottery Heritage Fund Stage 2 application in October 2023.
