description
Green Action Trust are seeking to engage a contractor to work on the design and build on a suite of River Edge Platforms and Boardwalks at the Burn Mill Garden to connect people back to the River Leven as part of the River Parks project. This project is funded via National Lottery Heritage Funds, Sustrans and Levenmouth Reconnected. The contractor will be expected to provide services as detailed in section 3.1 below and comprising the following RIBA stages:
Stage 1: Preparation and Briefing
Stage 2: Concept Design
Stage 3: Spatial Coordination
Stage 4: Technical Design
