Green Action Trust are seeking to engage a consultant to undertake site investigations along the proposed site of a heritage trail linked to Kirkland Mill Lade. This is alongside feasibility study into re-opening the Lade and will form part of the Development Phase activity of a National Lottery Heritage Funded project.
