Osprey wishes to appoint competent grounds maintenance contractors to manage our communal landscaped and hard standing areas to a high standard. The contractor must be able to demonstrate to deliver the service within the details contained in the associated tender documents.
We are looking to appoint contractors on three year contracts, with the option of two single year extensions, depending on performance.
