Award of District Heating Network Efficiency Project

Within our wider asset portfolio we own and operate district heating networks. These assets have grown through a variety of retrofit and past investment. As a result, we have a variety of performance efficiencies and service levels, which we are keen to consolidate into a single set of standards and performance guarantees. Any new investment required as part of this procurement process will be funded by Wheatley and wholly owned thereafter by Wheatley.Wheatley Group is seeking responses from interested parties to provide a combined service to match our scope for existing networks (see attached tender documents)The objective is to consolidate a range of services already in place across the themes of technical management, billing services, customer liaison, financial monitoring and dashboard reporting. Wheatley Group wishes to unify these into a single platform with a view to improving efficiency and financial rigour. As a pre-requisite the contracting partner will be required to meet the scope and guarantees.
