The scope of the tendered services covers provision of cloud based headless CMS and associated support. The headless CMS should be a product that is tried and tested, as opposed to build of a new CMS solution.
Skills Development Scotland would also like the contractor to provide resource and expertise to help with the initial build of our services using the new CMS. Ideally, this would provide 1 day per week of time to tap into.
