Install new VAILLANT ECOTEC PLUS 637 high efficiency condensing boiler in the plant room.
Install radiators - 2x 600mm x 2000mm and 2x 600mm x 2400mm spaced evenly around the 4 walls of the hall. And fit with the heat exchangers 1 x POWRMATIC destratification fan sited at high level CECx 1400 model
