description
The Scottish Government (SG), on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, wishes to commission qualitative research on the attitudes of domestic property owners towards policy measures to rapidly scale up energy efficiency and zero direct emissions heating in domestic properties across Scotland. This research will support policy development and stress-test approaches to the delivery of the SG Heat in Buildings Programme which has at its heart a vision that by 2045 our homes and buildings will be cleaner, greener and easy to heat, with our homes and buildings on longer contributing to climate change, as part of the wider transition to net zero. This specific project commission represents Part Two of this research project. Part One (comprising Phase 1 and 2) is currently underway and will complete prior to Part Two commencing. Part Two (Phase 3 and 4) will build on these initial insights. All outputs from Part One will be made available to the successful tenderer at project inception.
