The works include: Refurbishment of Commerce Road Depot Storage Shed (Partial). The removal and disposal of all existing single skin wall and roof sheeting/ rainwater goods/ secondary steelwork. The inspection and rectification of the primary steelwork. The supply and installation of new insulated wall and roof sheeting/ rainwater goods/ secondary steelwork.
