Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS) is an executive agency of Scottish Government and manages Scotland’s Forest and Land. We manage land on behalf of Scottish Ministers and serve as part of the Environment and Forestry directorate of the Scottish Government.Forestry and Land Scotland have a network of forest roads and harvesting facilities which allow access to the coupes for the felling and extraction of timber. This contract is to supply a low loader and driver service to move FLS owned heavy plant machinery between sites to facilitate harvesting activities.
