The Scottish Government (SG), on behalf of Scottish Ministers, is seeking to commission a Contractor to undertake the analysis of responses to a public consultation on the draft Hydrogen Action Plan and accompanying Strategic Environmental Assessment and partial Business and Regulatory Impact Assessment. The overall aim of the contract is provide robust and timely analysis and reporting on the responses to the consultation, to inform the final Hydrogen Action Plan.
