Dalmarnock Green Infrastructure and Travel Interchange is located on a prominent site at Dalmarnock Cross and will complete the delivery of green infrastructure and an active travel hub to support the development of commercial and residential sites within one of Scotland’s most deprived communities. It will directly support the Eastworks project (currently on site and due to be complete in April 2022) and will support the delivery of 2,973 sqm (31,997 sqft) of commercial office space and 100 residential units across 0.75 hectares of vacant/derelict land.
