The successful Candidate will be responsible for reactive and planned maintenance for gutter cleaning, roof anchor certification and roof reports to property main and low level porch roofs, refer Schedule 3 Specification, to occupied properties at various addresses, Drumchapel, Glasgow G15.
Works/ services include: clearing out gutters; ensuring gutters & downpipes are running clear; bagging, removal and disposal of waste; roof anchor certification; maintaining a roof anchor testing schedule; roof condition inspections; roof condition reports; and record photographs of all gutters cleared and roof repairs required/ undertaken
