Perth & Kinross Council would like to invite qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the delivery of an Accelerator Programme for 2021/22.The Accelerators will provide entrepreneurial training, mentoring, upskilling and business support to entrepreneurs and microenterprises based in Perth & Kinross. The Programme will be time-bound and cohort-based, with entry being fully funded and based on need, along with potential economic impact.
