- Many successful applicants to the CARES scheme will require to contract external project management services to assist in the completion of their project. In order to make this process more efficient, Energy Saving Trust is running a best offer process to develop a framework of suppliers for use by community organisations and rural businesses who are in receipt of CARES funding to assist them to progress their projects/activities.
