Award of PS-21-37 - Cumnock Cemetery Boundary Wall Works, Cumnock (PRJ0012686)

Name: Cumnock Cemetery Wall, off Glaisnock Road, CUMNOCK.Nature: Renewing an existing stone wall with a Secura grand wall and replacing the existing timber fence with a new one. Including temporally removing, storing and re-erecting with dowels the gravestones by a Specialist subcontractor (Monumental Mason). There will be a photographic survey trial pits, concrete foundations and concrete backfill and infill to the wall with perforated drainage. There will also be a Contractor Design element for the stability of the adjoining gardens and temporary support if needed. Along with a Specialist truss manufacture to provide full calculations and details of trusses, including for all temporary and permanent bracing. The remainder of the works will include removing a timber shed and rendered masonry garage along with hedges, trees and turf and reinstating these gardens and garage with electrics.Location: Cumnock Cemetery, off Glaisnock Road, CUMNOCK.Length of contract: 12 weeks
