Appointment of a Lift Contractor to carry out refurbishment works to 17 Albert Street & 108 Duke Street and lift replacement works to 133 Constitution Street. The Lift Contractor shall be responsible for the coordination, scheduling and management of the work of component supplier and subcontractors. The Lifts Regulations 1997 & BS EN81. This is also the case for modernised Passenger and Passenger/Goods lifts, which must comply wherever achievable with all parts of EN81. For Passenger and Passenger/Goods Parts 1, 28, 70, and 80.
