The Contractor shall provide Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and subsequent repairs and upgrade works on all sites:
- Head Office
- domestic flats used as office space by the NHS
- domestic properties used as HMO's
- communal stairs, typically 6 flats in a block
This includes an out of hours emergency service.
The Contractor shall provide and carry out management, operation, repair and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to the following Services:
Emergency Lighting Systems
Fire Alarms and Detector Systems
Smoke Vent Systems
Fire extinguishers
Fire blankets
Intruder alarms
CCTV
Each site may have any, or all of the equipment listed above.
