- Joiner and Locksmith Contractor 190,000 GBP
- Roofing Contractor 295,000 GBP
- Stoves and Chimney Contractor 4,300 GBP
- Decoration Contractor 54,000 GBP
- Cleaning Contractor 35,000 GBP
- TV Aerial Contractor 1,200 GBP
- Fencing 13,000 GBP
The Contracts will be for an initial two year duration with the options to extend for one plus one further years
