identify demand for and a preferred route to deliver a high-quality, segregated walking and cycling route linking the centre of Helensburgh, HMNB Clyde and Garelochhead. Following identification of multiple route options, community and stakeholder engagement and identification of a preferred route, develop concept designs and supporting documents, including appropriate placemaking opportunities, for the identified preferred route for the high quality Helensburgh, HMNB Clyde and Garelochhead active travel route. This project will complete the full Route Identification and Concept Design stages by 30 Apr 2021.
