The works comprise the removal of existing roof coverings from four blocks of single storey, traditionally built terraced cottages and the subsequent recovering of the roofs with new tiles. Associated builder's work, joiner work, lead work and the replacement of rainwater goods is also to be carried out. The removal of redundant chimney stacks and repair works to external walls is also included.
