East Ayrshire Council require a service provider to deliver a Care & Repair service to assist homeowners and private sector tenants to arrange major adaptations and provider other services. The aim is to enable older and disabled people to repair, maintain or adapt their home and support independent living.
The contract will be in place for 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years thereafter.
