description
The works comprise the routine cleaning of gutters and roof inspection and reporting works for a three year period. As part of the contract, Contractors will also be required to carry out roof anchor inspections providing all reports to the Client. Installation of new roof anchors will also form part of the contract. There is an option to extend the contract on a yearly basis for a further 2 years.
