East Lothian Council (ELC) is inviting bids from suitably qualified, competent, capable and experienced suppliers who wish to be a preferred supplier on a part ranked and part non-ranked framework agreement who will carry out transport services on behalf of the council.
This will be a framework with 4 lots as below. The lots are:

| - | Lot 3: Ad hoc school trip mini bus and Coach hire |
