This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to appoint a single Contractor to provide a professionally managed, high quality Planned, Preventative and Reactive Maintenance service to SE. We require the Contractor to provide a safe working environment for building users in accordance with a system and programme of building fabric and mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance. This will maximise the useful life span of our buildings, plant and equipment by ensuring efficient and cost-effective use of those assets, which comply fully with statutory legislations and relevant published guidance.SE has a requirement for these services in 12 office locations throughout Scotland. These are in Aberdeen, Bellshill, Clydebank, Dumfries, Dundee, Edinburgh, Atrium Court (Glasgow), Glenrothes, Kilmarnock, Paisley, Selkirk and Stirling.The contract offered is for a 12 month period, effective from 1st April 2020 until 31st March 2021.The value of the contract is anticipated to be between £151,800 and £216,000 for the 12 month duration
