This framework is for the supply and delivery of bitumen and associated roads repair products for all councils in Scotland and Associate Members that have expressed an interest in participating in the framework.
This framework will provide councils and other participating bodies with a mechanism to procure a wide range of bitumen related products including bulk bitumen, reinstatement products, surface dressings, cementitious products and sundry bitumen related products.
