Award of PKC11134 Tenant Satisfaction Survey

Perth and Kinross Council’s (PKC) Housing Services are inviting bids from consultants who have experience in carrying out tenant satisfaction surveys on behalf of registered social landlords in Scotland, for submission in the Councils’ Annual Return on the Charter to the Scottish Housing Regulator, May 30th 2020. Your submission must comply with regulatory requirements in relation to the Scottish Social Housing Charter and meet the standards set out in both:• The Scottish Social Housing Charter – Tenant and Service User Satisfaction Indicators (March 2013 Scottish Housing Regulator)• Conducting Surveys of Tenants and Service Users – a Guide (prepared for the Scottish Housing Regulator by IPSOS MORI March 2013)Quotations for this contract must be submitted via Public Contract Scotland no later than Friday 21st February 2020 at 12:00 noon. It is expected that the work will be completed and reported and produced by Friday 15th May 2020 for final presentation by the 20th May.
