We are seeking to appoint a contractor who has extensive investment knowledge and industry insight across both public and private sectors, and preferably knowledge or experience of creating a similar strategic and operational environment to lever private investment into major policy initiatives.Initially, the role will prioritise the set up within SE, including assessing our existing approach, how best to engage and lever systemic support and resources (e.g. the Scottish National Investment Bank) and how SE should structure its operational approach to maximum effect, advising on the skills and capabilities required.
