A contractor will be appointed via an open tender procedure to supply Clyde Valley Housing Association Internal Wall & Room in Roof Insulation to approximately 186 properties and all associated works to the properties noted within the schedule. Contractors should satisfy themselves that their tender is a genuine reflection of the works and must allow for all necessary pre-construction surveys as required. All contractors will be required to answer the supplied quality questionnaire to the best of their ability, as failure to comply in full may lead to disqualification from the tender process.
