description
To meet the demands of the Scottish Social Security Programme, we need access to a network of recruiters of user research participants, databases/lists of potential participants, and resources to manage the process, so the division has a requirement to seek assistance from an external supplier. The user research activities across the Scottish Social Security Programme is on-going but ad-hoc i.e. phases are scoped and delivered as and when required. The supplier must be flexible and available to support with the recruitment of user research participants for the project when requests come through.
